PRICING
My consultation fee to come visit your home or business is $115 for one hour. During this time we will assess your needs and determine the scope of work, including the system for ordering any supplies. We’ll make a list of projects based on your priorities, and discuss how you want your space to be transformed. We can also get to know one another and our styles for working together, as well as individually. I travel all over the country to do my work so if you do not live locally to where I’m staying at the time, we can do this step through a video call, or ideally when I arrive.

OPTION 1
For those who are local to where I’ll be staying, and lodging isn’t required:
Hours are set in blocks of 6 hour sessions: The starting rate for one session is $330 plus traveling and daily commuting costs.
Any hours beyond 6 in one day will be billed at $65 per hour.

OPTION 2
If I will need lodging in your area and need to travel to you:
Hours are set in blocks of 6 hour sessions: The starting rate for one session is $510 plus daily commuting costs. *Please note that depending on where you are located in the country, I may have to increase the rate due to lodging and grocery expenses for states with the highest cost of living.
Any hours beyond 6 in one day will be billed at $95 per hour.

Any meal or break time is not a part of the 6 hours, so please plan to factor that in to our day.
Taxes are as follows: 6% for the state of PA, and a city tax of 2% for my clients in Philadelphia.
These fees include dusting off items as I go, cleaning of the space in which such items will live, and moving light items as needed around your home or work space.
Rates may increase slightly depending on the working conditions including the items at hand, and the space in which they are in, such as an attic, basement, or garage.
If I need to bring an assistant for the day, there is an extra fee of $20 per hour.

If you have to cancel our session please kindly give me as much notice as you can. If you cancel within 24 hours, or do not confirm our appointment, I will charge $165 to help make up for my loss of income for the day. Thank you!
